To save your time and get your claim handling done in short period, please provide the following documents:

If the vehicle is not in a moving condition, then the vehicle will be towed to respective workshop for inspection.
For DNI customer who is holding comprehensive policy with Agency Repair they may also directly approach the concerned agency
with the above documents and notify our motor team through the above mentioned contact number.
For DNI customer who is holding comprehensive policy with exclusive repair with Al Habtoor Motor Workshop, they may also directly approach the
workshop with the documents and notify our motor claim department through the above mentioned contact number.
For Non-Agency Repair, you may contact Al Arabia Auto Maintenance Workshop, Smart Auto Care or Speedfit Vehicle Parts and Fast Services directly (Inspection Only) with
the required documents and notify our motor claims department through the above mentioned contact number.

The RAK estimator will prepare the estimates and do the necessary.
