DNI Announces its Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors of Dubai National Insurance will have a meeting on Monday, 1st February ,2016 at 10:00 A.M to discuss the following:-
- Approval of DNI Financial Statement for the year 2015 in preparation for submission to the General Assembly meeting for final approval.
- BOD Recommendations for Dividends Distribution for the year 2015.
- Declaration of the AGM Date.
