Dubai National Insurance awarded Participating Insurer license by Dubai Health Insurance Corporation

Dubai National Insurance (DNI) has been awarded Participating Insurer (PI) license by Dubai Health Insurance Corporation (DHIC). Following the granting of this license, DNI will service an even more extensive customer base by offering the Essential Benefits Plan (EBP). The EBP is the minimal level of health insurance cover under Dubai's mandatory medical insurance scheme, allocated for residents earning less than AED 4,000 per month. The coverage provides essential and high-quality healthcare services to employees in the Lower Salary Band (LSB) segment. The coverage includes non-working dependents, including elderly parents and even domestic workers.

DNI's EBP plan provides the essential health benefits and direct billing access to a vast network of healthcare providers through its Third Party Administrator (TPA). The benefits also include a mobile App through the TPA, designed to be user friendly and easy-to-use, meeting all customer needs. It offers many service options and functionalities, including information on members benefits, information on the relevant network of healthcare providers, and updates on members pre-approval status. The NextCare app may be downloaded/is available on Google Play for Android and App Store for Apple users
