DNI announces the results of its BOD meeting

The Board of Directors of Dubai National Insurance had a meeting Today Monday, 1st February ,2016 at 10:00 A.M and agreed on the following :-
- The Financial Statement for the year 2015 has been approved, in preparation for submission to the General Assembly meeting for final approval.
- To propose to the General Assembly the distribution of 20% Cash Dividends for the year 2015.
- The General Assembly meeting to be held on Monday 7th March 2016.
